What's hilarious is Abdul Kalam can probably speak better English than Bush too. Of course that's not really much of an accomplishment as most of our posters for whom English is a second language are far better at it than Bush is.
A feat to note, Abdul Kalam can probably speak 5-6 languages, be a scholar of Indian history, be able to read Arabic, Sanskrit, English and still be an internationally reknowned engineer at the same time holding 30 honorary degrees.
For a comparable comparison it would be like us having Oppenheimer or Einstein as president.
Einstein was offered the presidency of Israel, but declined. Maybe he was too smart.
The President of Israel doesn't really do anything. Then again, neither does the Preisdent of India.
