This is a great idea that I have never heard before. It makes a lot of sense, and hueylong raises the additional point that D.C needs statehood. Taxation without representation bitches! Throw in a 52nd state while at it (puerto rico and virgin islands) and divide the mess that is california in two. sh**t is way too big. My grammar is fantabulous right now. Aint jet lag a wonderful thing.
