So there's been some speculation that this poll is a ND poll... we don't know for sure, but if it is, what would y'all expect the results to be?

I'd guess somewhere in the neighborhood of Cramer +2.

Heitkamp +1.

Jesus. This man is too stupid to be a United States Senator.

Ffs, none of the red state Dems are voting to confirm Kavanaugh. They'd demoralize their base and sink their chances for reelection. If Heitkamp wins it's going to be because female voters put her over the top. And Heitkamp knows this.

If someone is working on Heitkamp's campaign, please make an ad like this:

_____________________________________________________________

Female voice:

Kevin Cramer don't think that attempted rape is a crime because "they were drunk and nothing evidently happened".

Tell Kevin Cramer that attempted rape is rape.

_____________________________________________________________

Just hammer those two lines for the rest of the election.

Yeah I wouldn't even reference this specifically in regards to Kavanaug, but issues of sexual assault in general.
If she votes YEA on Kavanaugh, though, she loses the moral ground to attack Cramer on this issue.

Exactly, which is why she has to vote NO.

The accusations against Kavanaugh give the red-state Democrats all the cover they need to vote no.  If he even gets to a vote, which I think is less than an even bet at this point.

Heitkamp does have the ground game advantage, but Im unsure whether it will translate into anything, really.

What does this even mean?

Did the partisan lean erase those gains in 2012?
