Maybe/maybe.

It depends on whether they were a good leader. I could not vote for them BECAUSE of this.

On the question of whether it would affect my vote or not, the answer would be no/no.

I voted yes/yes.

My answers: Yes/Yes obviously.

How about an agnostic/non-denominational Christian who left the Catholic faith?  Yes  that's me, but would you vote for someone like that?

As long as they believe in something, some form of guiding force or higher power I would have no trouble voting for them, but I cannot vote for an atheist.

First off, I a know this sounds weak, but I don't think it is natural to not believe in some form of God.  Indeed, most atheists turned to atheism because they were quite angry with the world.

Secondly, it might as well be voting for a space alien as I cannot comprehend someone having no faith in their life.  It is a totally different mind set from how I veiw the world.

I am an agnostic who believes that I could never be sure of a God, and who is not anti-religious but is anti-Fundamentalism. Could you ever vote for me?

What does religion or sexual orientation have to do with governing a country? You aren't electing a priest, and you don't have to enter into a relationship with the President.

My thoughts exactly...

Hmmm, difficult choice, but ultimately:

No/No

Why not? I'd be interesting to hear reasoning from a moderate. Would you vote for an agnostic who is not aggressively against religion?

I can understand that, but as an agnostic myself who is very upbeat, my atitude is that I am unsure if there is a God, but if there is I do not think he would damn people for being skeptical about faith. I do, however, hope there is one.

I understand being against those who have lost faith in life and religion, though.

I understand your feelings and won't go after your positions on homosexuality since really there is little to go after, after all.

Never.  Anyone lacking any inner spirtuality, sexual control, or traditional values is not capable of trusted or strong leadership.

None of those things have anything to do with making correct policy decisions and dealing with allies.

Actually they do.  You can't make policy decisions when you're getting your d!ck sucked and your a$$ rammed.  You also appear less strong and capable to the rest of the world.  And you don't have the strength to do anything in regards to good policy decisions if you're atheist, because 1/5 of your personal well being is absent.  Also, our country's founding fathers were very religious.  I believe it is essential to carry on those types of things.  I also worry about "God" being removed from every aspect of our lives, if an atheist president were in office.  My right to pray, my right to say God in the pledge, my right to say Merry Christmas, my right to display nativity scenes, my right to go to church, the obligation to swear on the bible at trials, etc., etc.

Yes, because gay presidents would be having sex while making policy decisions? Uh, OK.

For that matter, Richius claims to be a bisexual Canadian vegan conservative.

Also, the only difference between you and "liberal weiners," KillerPollo, is that you are terrified of gay people.
