IIRC San Miguel was the strongest pro-Dem swing. The largest swing overall was the Tennessee County that Carthage (Al Gore's home town...not DC, the other one) is in. Still narrowly went Dem this year.

Yes, Smith County, TN.

This year it was Kerry 52%, Bush 48%.

2000 was Gore 66%, Bush 32%.

Weirdly, in 1992, Clinton won an amazing 72%.
