Nah, it just shows low name recognition on both parts. Arnold's reeleciton umbers are about identical to his ratings, so when the campaign starts, the undecideds will break heavily against him.

Earlier polls showed rather high name recognition for both Democrats.  I haven't seen the internals of this (they won't load at school), but what are their name recognitions here?
