Plenty of local elections and legislative elections. Nothing state wide (except a constitutional amendment). One of my good friends lost 52 - 48 in a race I was expecting him to win.

In other LA news, there is possible vote fraud from people moving from one parish to another post Katrina and voting in the old parish when they shouldn't, but it looks like that will go no where.
