You really shouldn't take every poll at face value. When dozens of different pollsters with dozens of different methodologies are surveying dozens of different states, there's always going to be inconsistencies, sometimes massive ones. So no, GA is not going to the left of NC. If PPP polled GA there's a good chance they'd show Trump ahead, and probably vice versa if those GA pollsters polled NC.

This poll appears to be an extreme outlier unless all of the National and Statewide polls from legit sources are hacks....

Is the NC electorate this inelastic or is it simply that for whatever reason polling numbers aren't representative from what is generally  a decently ranked polling firm.

PPP's national poll had her up 5, which fits with this. It's apples and oranges.
