With the miniscule earnings of the vast majority of <18 workers, they're usually exempt from withholding taxes anyway, or get all of it back. Also, by this logic, you should also exempt minors from paying sales tax or other taxes.

How can you logically justify that? If paying taxes should entitle you to franchise, minors should be exempt from all taxes, no?
