Didn't Bill Weld all but endorse Kerry a few days ago?

Boss, Weld pretty much slammed Kerry.  He did joke on C-SPAN at one point that when Kerry beat him for the Senate, when he called Kerry to congratulate him he told Kerry the he (Weld) just made him (Kerry) president.  But even on that far less partisan exchange on C-Span, he gave "respect" to Kerry, but was otherwise critical and praised Bush.  Bill Weld is one of my all time favorites (fiscally conservative, socially ""liberal""... and staunch/extreme in both regards).  The only thing he and I disagree on is who we'll be voting for in November Cheesy.  Rest assured, he supports Bush.

He said he had 'analysis paraylisis'
