I'd be curious to know in which states Rubio is *not* leading the GOP primary polls.  In NH and NJ, OK, we know Christie's leading in those two states.  I presume he's also leading in the rest of New England and New York.  Not sure about anywhere else.  PPP has Rubio tied with Huckabee in Iowa, but Huckabee is very unlikely to run.  Replace him in the poll with Santorum, and I bet Rubio is leading there as well (consistent with what Harper Polling showed).  I bet Rubio is leading throughout the West, most of the South, and at least half the Midwest.  He might be weaker in Appalachia and perhaps in the Rust Belt.  I wouldn't be surprised if Ryan is leading not just in WI, but a few other "Rust Belt" states, and perhaps in Appalachia.

That is, again, assuming you include Santorum in the polls but not Huckabee.  Not sure if Santorum is strong enough to be leading anywhere right now.
