Nothing against her, but she's way too low energy. I feel like the NJ GOP should have gone with Ciattarelli. He wouldn't have won, but it would have been closer for sure.

Ciattarelli would have given Murphy a tougher challenge. He'd still be leading in the race, but by 10-15 points. Ciattarelli would have gotten more enthusiasm.

Guadagno is no Christie Whitman.

I will be voting for Murphy-Oliver 2017 this November, but hopefully they do a good job. If not, a Republican will be elected in 2021 if they can distance themselves from Christie/Guadagno.

If Murphy raises taxes like crazy like Florio did in the early 1990s, he'll be another Democratic one-term New Jersey governor.

Guadagno stumbles with the Confederate flag issue.

This is the NJ 2013 gubernatorial results map. Christie in 2009 and 2013 won places like Glen Ridge, a suburb near Montclair, won Woodbridge, Old Bridge, Sayreville, South Amboy in Middlesex (my area). He won those places probably because of property taxes and jobs. I wonder if Murphy will win back some of those areas that Corzine won in 2005.

It's sad. Christie decimated the NJ GOP, and this election is not being talked about as it should be. It's New Jersey!

It looks like Somerset County, N.J. may be a battleground state between Guadagno and Murphy, especially with the Somerset County Republican Freeholder 2017 campaign attacking their Democratic opponents with some tough advertising.

Very high Democratic turnout in Republican-friendly intelligentsia Westfield.

Bramnick and Kean could lose tonight because of Chris Christie.

I voted in NJ today for Murphy. Hopefully, he does well as Governor of N.J.

State Senator Jennifer Beck defeated. Her NJ GOP career is probably over.

Who is the future of the NJ GOP? Bramnick is underperforming.

Poor Bramnick. He's a good man, but too close to Christie.
