President Hillary Clinton is in office. Former Virginia Gov. and Sen. George Allen wants his old job back, he easily clears the VA GOP field. Despite George Allen's racial past, he still is running neck and neck with Democrat Ralph Northam who beats Tom Perriello in the primary.
However, Allen's campaign leaks out Ralph Northam in a racist photo in the 1980s.
