The better quality of serious and not serious discussions really shows you the better sides of a lot of posters. Almost everyone who posts there, my opinions of them have improved. I cannot name a single poster I think worse of after they post on AAD.

I had almost exactly the opposite experience.

I ask the same question to you as dead0man: What do you think about the fact the posters who make up the supposedly superior discussion here include a significant number who think that DONALD TRUMP will do better amongst the black vote than any Republican since the Civil Rights Act?

The last two threads are obviously jokes. Those are not serious threads.

The first thread was created by a newbie troll. Don't take that thread seriously.

I don't see anything wrong with the second thread. Most people were predicting that Trump would get 8%-15% of the black vote. I think that most people who posted on that thread were slightly overestimating Trump, but they were by no means predicting that Trump would 'better amongst the black vote than any Republican since the Civil Rights Act.'

Ooooh look at what I just found?

https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=230190.0

And look who posted it!

I said that Trump might do good for a Republican with African-Americans (because they might like his populist, anti-free trade message). I said that Trump would get around 11% of African-American voters (the same percentage Bush got in 2004).

I never ever said that he'd do better amongst African-Americans than any Republican since the Civil Rights Act.

Besides, AAD is full of Trump hacks (unlike the Atlas Forum). There are plenty of unironic Trump supporters over there. I actually like AAD better, but still.

Oh yes because blacks are going to completely ignore all of Trump's KKK and white supremacist connections because he said some things about trade they agree with. Roll Eyes

You even said that Trump is going to attack Hillary for Birtherism, which makes zero sense since Trump used to be the most prominent Birther in America and Hillary was never a Birther, yes a few trolls who supported her campaign were. She herself was not. Also are we seeing blacks very upset at Hillary in the primary results?

I took that comment back. I apologized for that stupid comment. We all say stupid things every once in a while. We all post stuff that we deeply regret every once in a while. It is called being human.
