I'd say 22-24. IL and NM are probably given. MI and ME would be the next to flip, followed by NV/WI/MD/FL, which are Toss-ups. If Democrats don't win all of them, they have a chance in AZ/KS/IA/OH/NH. Republicans could pick up AK and CT, and have a chance in RI.
