Vermont is my very favorite state, but to be honest it also has some of the second picture in it, while West Virginia also has some of the first.

I was born in WV and I live 45 minutes away from it and go there enough.......I was just exaggerating slightly but yeah, VT still is far better.

You'd know way more than I would, but I'll report my life experiences: many people in the Midwest (who aren't political nerds) would think of VT as a bit of a redneck state with a few hippies who found their ways in, LOL.
