Y'all had better ratify this, or I might just have Fremont annex the whole of Atlasia and set myself up as Eternal Prime Minister and Author of Constitutions (Yankee can be John Bercow).

Passage of the amendment was certified on June 22, but the actual fact of passage was achieved on June 21. Per established precedent, it is the latter date which is used in determining the proper time for the opening of a referendum.
