Voting on basis of national interests of the countries in question, I voted Approve in all cases. Contrary to my expectations, sanctions have done a good enough job to earn a passing grade, while it's not in the interests of India to turn against Russia wholesale, limiting their ability to have a pro-Ukrainian position, so I approve of Modi's as well. It is for the best if India can sell itself as an honest dealer. It's a much better fair dealer than Belarus is, anyway. Xi Jinping also gets credit for balancing China's links to the West and its alliance with Russia.
