I'd like somebody decent to challenge Boozman, this year.  Really, it's not like the Arkansas Democratic Party has anything else to do next year.  We've beaten the state GOP with a stick and now it's time to knock out their last state or federal official.

Ah, but you won't. That district is well-nigh unwinnable.
Probably, but whenever Boozman retires I think a good candidate could make it a race.  Benton and Washington counties may be exploding in growth but even more astounding is the growth of the hispanic population in that area.  A candidate who could combine rural strength with suburban women and a strong hispanic turnout would do very well.
