Gorka wore a Nazi medal to the inauguration and it doesn't matter if they have declared themselves to be Neo-Nazi's if they hold the same beliefs.

I don't think they want to run over people with cars, or chant "Blood and Soil" or nor do they believe that abortion should be kept legal because it kills minorities. The white nationalists themselves at the rally are horrid humans but they are so far to the right that the alt-lite has left them. You could consider Bannon and the others to be alt-lite, that'd be fair but white nationalists, no.
