Not to pester you or anything, but, in Northern Africa, the Almohads has little to no actual political authority west of Algiers, which was largely under the domain of their “Governors,” the Hafsids and the rebellious Banu Ghaniya. It is probably easier to not try to map that out with a map and just reflect it IG, but something you should know.

Wikipedia actually mentions the Hafsids being Governors at this time, as well as their very impressive bloodline. They didn’t declare independence for a while, however. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hafsid_dynasty

Upon further research, it appears that the Banu Ghaniya were actually defeated by 1212, so you will probably want to ignore that part of it.

Still writing my way through the end of turn, but I have definitive news after the dice rolls. Three players are dead, and an additional one reached a game over.

Additionally, there are a couple of players who did communicate with others but didn't send orders for the turn.

Do we have an ETA for the results?
