He shares the same IP as Coburn in 2012, which makes the following exchange rather hilarious:

Now that DWTL and Keytone are gone this guy may be my new favorite.  Totally a FF.

Thank you.  That is very kind.  If you could tone down some of the racial bigotry in a few of your posts, the feeling would be quite mutual.

So besides the amusing part is that conclusive evidence of a clone?  Good but not a smoking gun type?  Just a quirky coincidence?

It's either the same person, or two people posting from the same internet connection.  Who apparently don't know each other.  And who apparently live in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

No, JSojourner, tell us you didn't! Wink

Funny you should say that... Sad

So will "they" be sent to oblivion by the powers that be soon?

That's not up to me.  I've raised the issue, but any decision from there is up to Dave.

How long have the moderators suspected this to be the case?

I can't speak for Alcon, but I only discovered it earlier today when I was asked if KtC's IP matched anybody else's.  I matched it to Coburn, but it wasn't until I traced the location that I figured JSo was behind it all.

I've checked the locations before, but never thought to match them together (which is my bad) and never would have thought of checking for a match to JSoj...ever.

I know, right?  It wasn't until Badger jokingly suggested that JSo was behind it after I said that the Coburn/Ktc IP resolved to Fort Wayne, that I thought I should probably test it anyway.  Sad

For the sake of openness, we (the mods) are about to start compiling IP addresses of every current, regular poster.  There are still several suspicious characters lurking around here, and today's developments have shown that absolutely anybody is potentially guilty.

If there's one thing I'm most angry about JSojourner's deception, is the extra work he's now causing us to help keep this forum running smoothly.

If the same poster uses multiple IPs, that's not a problem.  Most of us do that anyway.  But if any of a poster's IPs match that of a 'suspicious character', then we have a problem.

Yeah I was a little concerned that people would think my room mate was my sock when I heard this. Granted we've posted from different locations before but still.

Easy men, the mods and Mr. Leip will use sound judgement and if properly explained these things won't be an issue I'm sure.

This.  We've had more than one poster use the same IP before and it was never an issue - anybody remember the two brothers, CheeseWhiz and Ron Dubya?  Plus StatesRights and his wife, Smid and wife, etc.  The difference is that they were all up front and open about who they were.  JSo, Coburn and KtC all claimed to be strangers to each other, all living in different states.
