I don't think so.  From what I can tell, John actually called King and gave him his absentee vote.  I can't see how Tweed could have committed fraud if that's what happened.

MAS has a tendency to post things without actually reading things first.  He probably thought this was a thread where John announced his departure from the forum.

I kinda assumed that John had either called King personally, or somehow left him a message.  I realized that that was actually very unlikely, but considering that John's vote was worthless anyway, it didn't much matter.
