Not really, there is still some room for the Democrats to grow in Anne Arundel, Fredrick, Montgomery, and Howard counties.

Exactly. There's a lot of college educated whites in DC/Baltimore suburbs who could flip. Though I predict Trump will do quite well in the western part of the state aka North West Virginia.
