I only live a state away but know so little about them...
8- True or False: Outside of his native GA (and DC), WV was Carter's best state in 1980.
11- True or False: Every 20th Century Democratic President carried WV at least once.
These are the only 2 questions I have any inclination on answering. I would guess #8 is false and figure Minnesota to be Carter's best state in 1980(but since it's a WV quiz...) and I'm fairly certain #11 is true.
3- Over the past 20 years, what was the most lopsided Senate race? The closest?
I'll take a crack at this one even though I'm less certain. I'd guess Manchin's election win last fall is the closest. Byrd's election win in 06' would be the most lopsided.
