but Rubio has been warming up to the idea of Trump, and probably would accept a VP spot. He only said that stuff after he dropped out because he had just dropped out.

Trump just gave an interview where he said that Rubio has been "very supportive, very good, and has said very nice things". He also said that they have had "very nice conversations."

Trump also clarified that Nikki Haley is not under consideration for VP.

Rand Paul (sort of) endorses Trump:

I know Trump and Rand haven't been good friends in the past, but a lot of people (not me) want Rand to be Trump's VP

I'm sad that Rubio won't be Trump's VP, but also glad because Trump is a horrible person. Maybe this just means Rubio is waiting for that 3rd party ticket.

Becerra just said on CNN he hasn't been asked to submit anything to be vetted yet.

Trump does need to lock down battleground state UT, so Mia Love would make sense.

However, Trump said that he isn't trying to "pander" which means he will pick a white male. As for former rivals, I think it is possible that Trump is so completely oblivious that Kasich, Cruz, and JEB! hate him, so maybe he is trying to get one of them for VP. None of them would actually accept, though.
