Implementing Medicaid work requirements seems like an awful idea, but it all depends on how well people can be mobilized. He'd be the first two-term Republican Governor to serve Kentucky ever(!?) if he wins, so it should definitely be competitive.

Beshear is dumb to run for Governor. Now Democrats have to worry about holding his seat down too. He should have let ALG, who was term-limited, run. No doubt he would win re-elect even in another neutral-to-bad year. I guess ALG could run for AG...

Could ALG run for AG? She's term-limited and it's open. She'd be crazy to run for Senate again in 2020.
