He must really want to hold public office bad.

It happens in Ohio a surprising amount.

Congresscritters that have gone back to the State Legislature in the past 30 years: Tom Sawyer, John Boccieri, Mary Rose Oakar, Eric Fingerhut. There may be more I don't know about.
