Just pretending the forum doesn't exist for a minute (and this is the only forum on the Internet), Dave Leip's Atlas is an incredible resource and the single website I check on a daily, let alone weekly, basis outside of social media.

It's one thing to have an interest in election results - clearly we all do here - it's another thing entirely to devote years of unpaid work to compiling all of this information in one accessible place.

Independently of that, every private communication I have had with him has been reasonable and cordial.
