Better Bible Box Act
1. How ever much money as is needed shall be appropriated from the general fund to provide bible boxes to eligible parents of newborn children in perpetuity.
a. Each box shall contain two leather bound copies of the Holy Bible. One (1) Bible shall be the King James Version (1769 Edition with the Apocrypha) and the other shall be the New American Bible (Revised Edition) in large print.
b. Each box shall also contain a paperback copy of Lyon Tyler's book A Confederate Catechism, a properly folded Confederate flag, and a pamphlet heavily suggesting that parents who fail to instruct their children in daily prayer and Bible reading are unfit parents.
c. Each box shall measure 70 x 43 x 27 cm in size.
2. All Southern parents shall be eligible for this program upon the birth of a child.
3. This legislation shall take effect 30 days after being signed into law.
