That would seem like a waste of money. It's already run down beyond repair.

I didn't catch the whole sentence or thought, but I think he was praising Oklahoma's educational system.  TBH, that kinda shocked me.  I didn't think Oklahoma's education was worthy to be given a shout out at the biggest speech of the year, but I was pleasantly surprised.
