The only person you could say with anything close to certainty would not be re-elected in John McCain, and that's because he wouldn't stand again. No 76 year old could win a general election.
Reagan was 75 and he was re-elected in a landslide. If McCain leads a good term and is healthy enough I don't think he'll have a problem getting re-elected because of his age.
I thought I heard somewhere that he said he would only serve one term. Does anyone else remember hearing that, or am I hearing things? The latter is very much possible, but I am almost sure I heard that somewhere.
