Welcome Paxists to the Third Convention in Virginia City, Nevada!  Our first order of business will be to elect new leadership for Chair and Vice Chair.

As previously announced via Discord, I will not be running for reelection as Chair.  I will open 48 hours for nominations and speeches if candidates so desire.

Per the bylaws, candidates up for election in October may now request endorsements.  I'll let YE and Razze take things from here.

Per the census, only six Fremonters are registered as Paxists including the inactive Siren.  My suggestion would be to allow non-Fremonters to vote, especially if we can't get at least five people to vote.

I mean 5/6 I'd consider reliable voters and Siren is at least back on AAD now so getting to 5 has decent odds. Although I'm not sure what we'd do in the event of a tie... maybe let non-Fremonters break a tie?

That would work.  I'm game if Galaxie wants to run - don't want to look as though I'm chasing people out of the race. Tongue
