Speaking as a private citizen, I rather agree with Fhtagn on this point. With regard to those without internet service who might want to view this information, might I suggest their county courthouse or a similar location as a centralized repository for such?
That does sound like a good idea. I'll offer an amendment to accommodate this.

Unless I'm misunderstanding Truman's response, I believe he was suggesting that people can either obtain it via the website or the county courthouse.

So that would remove the mandate portion that requires sending it out to every taxpayer and the electronic mail bit.

Apparently, I am late on voting on this.

After thinking over on this, I'll vote Abstain since the costs are unknown and it could affect the current budget.
