If the RNC choses Las Vegas. I think it's a strategy of trying to flip Nevada, preventing Arizona from Flipping (It will flip to the Dems in 2020), and help to bring back the Mormons home to the GOP in Nevada, Arizona, Idaho and mainly Utah.
