I feel like they've been priming the public for a very conservative report and deference to the Presidency of The United States, even if it's clear Trump is an unethical scumbag. Indicting a sitting President needs rock solid proof.

This is going to backfire against Trump. Many swing voters have already soured on Trump. It just looks like what they know couldn't be confirmed probably because there were no tapes.

Remember when Trump jumped out of the blue and said Obama had wiretapped his campaign and Trump Towers, why do you think he said that? He was looking to poison the only probable evidence that could confirm he conspired directly.

If only the investigation had a special counsel who realized that Congress as a body will never act because the president's enablers will never allow it to.

Isn't it crazy that in the last few years other branches of government or society have basically pointed similar fingers at Congress and their reply has been a shrug. The Supreme Court has done this on many issues(sometimes as a cop out), industry leaders have stated the same sentiment in terms of new forms of communications and media, and we get the same inaction.

The Congress has become a totally derelict and ineffectual body, abdicating so much of its responsibilities.

Trump is a liar, surprise surprise.

Yeah, it is nothing new. The big shocker is how much of a brazen liar Barr is. I knew he was a hack, but this is on another level of bad faith.

Why, he was behind making Iran-Contra go away, which is one of America's biggest scandals.

The public already didn't believe Trump and now this report will reinforce this. This is very damaging for Trump. At best he was a dupe of a foreign conspiracy to undermine and influence our election, one that clearly supported him. There's a lot of actions and meetings that while not being able to prove how the Trump campaign knowingly and directly cooperated with Russian foreign intelligence agencies, are still very suspicious and worthy of a moral judgement.

The obstruction investigation warrants further action. Trump should have been made to testify in person.

Now we know why Trump never blames Russia and goes out of his way to name other countries, fat hackers, right-wing conspiracy theories instead...

Also why he still acts like Putin's lapdog.

Donny half scoop was spared a conspiracy charge because Mueller decided he was too stupid to know what he was doing was potentially illegal.  Cheesy Cheesy

This is looking worse and worse for Trump. When you add up his numerous lies, his coverup and deflection of Russian interference, his total submission to Putin, and all his acts that certainly seem like obstruction to anybody with half a brain, I think this report will have very negative implications for Trump with the public.

The Presidency of The United States is an office that is not only granted tremendous powers, it is also insulated from the normal justice and accountability systems every other American is subjected to. This is why you don't screw around and elect a scumbag to be President in the first place.

The Democrats accused the President of committing treason without any concrete evidence.  That wasn't scary? You had a former CIA director call the President treasonous, but this wasn't scary?  Who are you trying to fool?  Everyone else or yourself?

How do you explain Trump constantly deflecting Russia's attempts to influence our elections and the fact U.S. intelligence believes they were behind the hacked emails. Why does Trump keep minimizing it, let alone going out of his way to blame others.

Why did Trump when standing next to Putin say he believes Putin? Then when people were appropriately outraged and called it treasonous said he "misspoke" and meant to say something else, when it's clear from the language before and afterwards that he meant to say "I believe Putin". Why?

Trump attempted to obstructed justice and I'm sure if Democrats begin Impeachment proceedings he would do so again, he can not help himself.

Trump obstructed this investigation and the only reason he didn't go further is because people around him knew exactly what he was doing and that it was wrong and refused to follow his orders. Nobody should have to be in the position to ignore orders from the President of The United States, it shows how incompetent and unfit Trump is for office, impeach him.

Also start another investigation on Barr immediately, he's complicit in a coverup and obstructing justice as well.
