Airbus vs. Boeing

 The decline of Boeing is very sad. Airbus also proves that government ownership and oversight does not stop a company from making innovative and great products. A large part of Airbus is state owned across several Europeans countries and Airbus doesn't essentially own their regulators like Boeing did the FAA. I think these are the principle reasons why Airbus has succeeded as of late as Boeing has declined.
