Very Easily. Could sweep up the South and West and use a Trump-Cruz Hybrid Strategy to appeal to both groups.

Yes. A base map would be Sanders 16', and from their I think you would do better in the west gaining states like New Mexico, California, and Nevada.

Easily if the "Progressive wing" is backed fully behind you. A western based regional candidacy could also result in your victory through some sort of contested convention, especially if all geographic regions are divvied between different regional candidates.
