Persons of Land Act

1 - Title II of the Southern Election Act shall be amended as follows:

2 - Voting by NPCs in State and local elections shall be limited to adult male citizens who own real property, who are not imprisoned or subject to an uncompleted parole plan, and who have not been adjudicated as mentally incompetent by a lawful court. All voter rolls shall be regularly updated to remove dead or ineligible voters within seven (7) days of notification thereof.

2- This act shall take effect immediately.

McBarge Act

1. The Principality of the South shall allocate funds to construct no less than twelve floating McDonalds restaurants (hereafter referred to as "McBarges").

2. These floating restaurants shall be built in the same style as the floating McDonalds restaurant once moored just south of the Gateway Arch during the 1980s and 1990s:

3. When the Southern Prince deems it appropriate, the McBarges shall be piloted through navigable domestic internal waters into neighboring regions that have displayed hostility towards fast food chains.
