He's retiring after this term

Some of the precincts in Allegheny/Washington did trend to Dems last year, but overall this should be Likely/Safe R.

That makes for an even 40 retirements so far, I think.

The wheels are now in motion.... realignment imminent


And the Democrat running here, Conor Lamb, is really strong and stands a good chance at flipping the seat while the Republican is a buffoon.
