I'm sure a lot of counties were close, though, even though it looks bifurcated due to the map.  I remember Minneahaha county tracking pretty closely with who was ahead in the state, i.e. when Sanders was leading, he was leading Minnehaha, and vice versa, and then Hillary ended up carrying Minneahaha narrowly in the end. (Minnehaha is home to the largest city in SD, Sioux Falls).
