In the light of what seems to be a Republican ploy to take over the Democratic party, I have decided to endorse Nym90.

Even though Christopher Michael holds more mainstream appeal, I'm worried that choosing a Republican, GWBfan, as his running mate would tear the party in two.

I'm also rather uncomfortable about GWBfan's campaign slogan, "Liberals suck, Bush and Cheney rule OK".

That said, I would support whoever wins the nomination, and I urge everyone to do the same.

**BREAKING NEWS**

Newsreader: And now for some breaking news. Congressman Michael Zeigermann has officially endorsed Miamiu for the second round of the Democratic primaries.

(cut to Michael Zeigermann holding a press conference in, erm, London or Washington DC, we're not quite sure.)

Zeigermann: I would like to announce my endorsement for Miamiu. As controversial as this may seem given my initial endorsement of Nym90, I would like to point out that Miamiu was my first preferred choice at the start of the reason, and that he had indeed rebuked an initial attempt on my behalf to draft him for the primaries. It is for these two reasons that my endorsement is in fact consistent with my stance throughout this campaign.

(Suddenly Nym90, out of nowhere, lunges at Zeigermann, screaming "Traitor! Traitor!" amidst shrieks and yelps by the audience.)

(Cut back to the studio.)

More news on that story as we get them.

You think?
Was I talking to you? No. I don't believe in giving people what they want all the time. Maybe to get them started, but if they want to be successful, let them work for it.

Easy to say when you're upper class, and don't have to live by those rules yourself.
My parents worked hard to make the amount of money we have. I have been taught the same. I'm not saying that you should not help anybody get to  success, but don't do it for them. That's one problem w/ dems, they want to give the public everything. And they think that the people that work for their money and are successfull and make a lot of money should share it with everyone. I DON'T THINK SO! That's our money for our family. Sure, we donate a lot to charity, but that's for people that need it, not grubby little suckers that ruined their lives and want us to pay for it.

You seem to assume that poor people only have themselves to blame for being poor, when in reality they are often not given the chance to work their way up. People who are born into a poor background have a hard time working their way up the ladder, and it is, to a degree, the government's responsibility to help them find the means and opportunities to do so, as well as the motivation. At least that's what I think.
