There's no reason to stop celebrating it, but should we change its meaning? Definitely.

We murdered indigenous peoples, gave them plagues, &, overall, just about messed up pretty much everything that they had going for them. Of course it's okay to give thanks, but we should also think about how we got here.

Not to mention, it's just a mishmash of other, older holidays (harvest festivals) anyway, a-la Christmas, so there's no reason to stop celebrating it, but there's every reason to be honest about its history.
