unsurprising, as Philly is an under the radar contender for most corrupt US city.

It's getting there. Still doesn't top Chicago's Madigans.

its always flown under the radar compared to chicago and new orleans but it is a legit contender. I personally lean right, but if I were a philly area democrat i'd be furious with how this continues to operate
