B- unpopular, scandal-plagued governor, but unlikely to say or do anything particularly embarrassing. Also, Rick would do well to put a woman on the ticket.

C-. unremarkable, was appointed to his current job after his predecessor stepped down due to a scandal, and flip-flopped on abortion.
