My guess is that if Trump is nominated he gets the exact same result, plus maybe he flips NH on top of that (but very unlikely)
As for the nomination, who knows? I think he still wins at the very least a narrow plurality of delegates, almost tied with Cruz. However I guess at the following contested convention Cruz gets nominated over Trump, but Trump being nominated would also not be impossible.
