Huh? This isn't because Oakvale failed on a conservative ideological purity test. Hopefully anyone who is paying attention would be well aware most people in the party including myself would fail on that.

Also FFS I'm not going on a witch hunt. "Where does it end" you ask? Like, right now. I have nothing against BK at all, in fact I like him and from what I can tell we get along well, but comparing me to Robespierre is comically ridiculous.

And Yankee, I am not going to "become the next Oakvale," so can you please stop bringing that up as a reason to give Oakvale a pass?

Also, why does it matter to keep him out if he will never win another election?

I motion the party officially make Representative ReaganClinton chair of the Lincoln Federalist Party, he knows the region and knows the players. He will help bring us to victory, and has been a figure in Lincoln politics for a long time, and therefore knows what he is doing.

Fellow Federalists,

I thank you for your kind words and support for the nomination for the party's Lincoln division. However, I believe that I should increase focus on the important duties given to me in the House of Representatives, rather than swamp myself with more work that I might not be able to keep up with. Thus, I shall not accept the nomination. I second Leinad's nomination.
