I agree with Sestak's Idea, the Lameduck period should definitely be shortened.

I have a suggestion for an Amendment.

We limit the amount of offices someone can officially run for, as in a Citizen can officially run for 1 office only, rather than running for multiple offices and possibly losing one and just taking another. 

As someone who actually tried doing that, I see it as a problem because I did look rather sketchy and corrupt in doing that, and want to prevent it from happening again.

A caveat for this would be "officially" running, which would be classified as actually being placed on the ballot for a race, I don't believe write-ins should be limited, as many write-ins tend to be ran in a joking manner.

That's fully addressed by concerns on Elections, at least to the degree Congress can effect Elections at least.
