Pentagon: 44 percent of Puerto Ricans lack clean drinking water

That would be around 1.5 million people without drinking water.

The Death Toll has risen to 34

This is the first time they've updated the death toll in six days, and I expect this number to rise as there are morgues filled with bodies.
