Separate Positions of Lieutenant Governor and Regional Judge

Section I, Article II, Clause II be replaced with the following:
"The Lt. Governor will help oversee all Regional elections and inform the Governor if one or more of the ballots have been rendered invalid."
A new Article shall be added to Section I and will read:

Article IV - The Regional Judge
Clause I - The Governor will appoint a Regional Judge for a term of four months, or to serve the remaining term of another Judge.
Clause II - The duty of the Region Judge of the Midwest Region will be to interpret Midwest Law, Rules and Regulations, and decide the verdict of any court case on the Regional level. If anyone decides to challenge the Government’s decision on validity of a ballot, they may take their case up to the Regional court.

X Yates

P.S.: I'd like to thank CheeseWhiz for his assistance with this proposition.

We have too many positions in Atlas Fantasy as is, thank you.

These two very different positions were joined together because, when they were created, there were not enough people to fill them.  Now, there are more than enough active members to fill these positions.

Since Lt. Governor and Judge do very separate things, there is now reason to separate them.

Agree with Yates, I do.  Why I signed, it is.  As a platform to become Governor, people will use the position of Lt. Governor.  Through Regional Justice, make their way up to the Supreme Court, people will.  Different, these two positions are.  Separate them, we must.

Said it any better, I could not have.

Yes, CheeseWhiz is right.  There are enough active members now that we can separate these positions.  In addition to that, these positions are two very separate things.  They must be separate.

Believe, when first made the position was, separating it later, mentioned I did.  Now, citizens enough there are, agree with Yates I do.

You have talent to speak that way.  The majority of the time, I cannot find a way to shape my sentences in the way Master Yoda does.

Do I need to change it to read "Article III" instead?

Thank you to all who have signed.
